Al Qusais Residential Development Project, R1083- Package A, Dubai
Al Qusais or Al Gusais is a large community in Dubai. It is located in the Deira area of east Dubai. It borders the localities of Hor Al Anz and Al Twar and is further subdivided into residential (Al Qusais) and industrial (Al Qusais Industrial Area) localities. The Industrial Areas are subdivided into five distint areas. This project will be located at Al-Qusais Industrial Area in Dubai - Contract (R1083) - Package A. The project's scope of work consists of 19 residential buildings each comprising 7-floors (ground floor and 6 additional floors). The project is part of Al Qusais Police Plot Development. Client has invited contractors to express interest in working on this development. Before construction can commence, the selected contractor will be tasked with advancing the concept design to a detailed design that can be submitted to the authorities for necessary approvals.
